Short answer: Judge a European research peptide supplier on facts you can verify on its own website: a stated dispatch country inside the EU, a named third-party laboratory, a public report for every batch with a batch code, a link to the laboratory's verification page, mainstream payment methods and a full company address. We checked 16 suppliers on 3 September 2026. Vitality Peps and Smart Peptides met every criterion; Baltic Peptides, Certa Peptides, Crystal Peptides, Peptides Direct and Pepspan met most, each with one gap shown in the table.
We opened each supplier's homepage, shipping or FAQ page, one product page and any lab-results page on 3 September 2026 and recorded only what the site itself states. The same criteria were applied to every supplier, including our own brand.
Disclosure: Peps and Protocols is published by the team behind Vitality Peps. Vendor facts below were checked on each vendor's public website on the date shown, and the criteria are the same for every vendor.
Peptilab.eu was unreachable; Baltic BioLabs is included although it states that partner suppliers fulfil its orders.
Twelve of the 16 suppliers state that they dispatch from an EU country or hold EU stock. Vitality Peps names Spain and the Netherlands, Smart Peptides and Peptides Direct name Germany, Certa Peptides names Romania, Baltic Peptides names Lithuania, Particle Peptides names Slovakia, Pepspan and Peptalia name Spain, Europeptide names Ireland and NextGen Peptides names the Netherlands. Crystal Peptides states EU dispatch without naming a country, and Baltic BioLabs refers to a Baltic hub.
Direct Peptides Europe states UK dispatch, so its parcels cross an EU customs border. Biolabshop, Peptide Koning and Pen Peptide Spain did not state a dispatch country on the pages we opened. Our guide to buying research peptides in Europe explains why the dispatch country matters at customs.
Eight suppliers name Janoshik Analytical and link reports to a laboratory verification page: Baltic Peptides, Certa Peptides, Crystal Peptides, Peptide Koning, Peptides Direct, Pepspan, Smart Peptides and Vitality Peps. Four of those publish a batch-coded report for every batch, readable on the page: Baltic Peptides, Peptides Direct, Smart Peptides and Vitality Peps. Particle Peptides publishes a per-batch report vault, but as Liquilabs PDFs hosted on its own domain.
The other four have a gap. Pepspan showed reports for three products, with 11 marked "Pending first shipment". Certa Peptides states that Janoshik tests selected lots. Crystal Peptides' batch numbers are only visible inside report images. Peptide Koning's BPC-157 report links to an Axiom Analytics results page, while its lab-results page lists Janoshik task numbers with a generic verify link.
Baltic BioLabs publishes report PDFs without a verification link. Biolabshop, NextGen Peptides and Peptalia show test images or purity statements without naming a laboratory. Europeptide, Direct Peptides Europe and Pen Peptide Spain published no reports we could find. Suppliers dispatching inside the EU quote 1 to 7 business days. Vitality Peps states 1 to 3 business days on average, Smart Peptides 1 to 2 working days in Germany and 3 to 5 elsewhere in the EU, Peptides Direct 3 to 5 days for nearby countries and 4 to 7 for Spain, and Certa Peptides 3 to 7 days by GLS or 1 to 4 by DHL Express.
Biolabshop quotes 3 to 4 business days to Germany but 3 to 4 weeks to the Netherlands and Spain. From outside the EU, Direct Peptides Europe quotes 10 to 14 days. Pepspan ships to the EU and EEA only, Certa Peptides lists 32 countries, Peptides Direct 42, and Vitality Peps ships worldwide.
Card payment is stated by 10 of the 16 suppliers, bank transfer or SEPA by 10 and crypto by seven. Only NextGen Peptides states iDEAL and Bancontact, and no supplier states Bizum. Smart Peptides and Peptide Koning state bank transfer without card, Certa Peptides states SEPA and Paysera without card, and Biolabshop shows payment logos without naming methods. None of the 16 is crypto-only.
Card payments through a regulated processor can be disputed if a parcel never arrives; bank transfers and crypto payments are final.

Before ordering, match four things: the dispatch country on the shipping page, the laboratory named on the lab page, the batch code on the report against the code on the vial, and the company name and address in the footer. Then confirm the storefront describes the product as research use only and that the payment page names a method you could dispute if the parcel never arrives.
Price is a weaker signal: on 3 September 2026 a 10 mg vial of BPC-157 ranged from €39.90 (Smart Peptides) to €77.99 (Certa Peptides), with Vitality Peps at €49.97.
Research peptides sold as research use only are not licensed medicines. Verify rather than trust. Open the lab report, enter its task number or verification key on the laboratory's site and check that the batch code matches the vial. Look for a street address, company registration number, stated dispatch country and research-use-only statement. A supplier showing none of these is asking for blind faith.

Janoshik Analytical is an independent laboratory in the Czech Republic that most suppliers here use. Each report carries a task number and verification key that anyone can check on the laboratory's site. A verified report shows what the submitted sample contained on the analysis date, not what other batches contain, so match batch codes.
Freeze-dried vials are normally sent without cooling. Vitality Peps states temperature-controlled packaging; we did not see cold-chain transport described on other pages we opened.
